Why Cancer Clues exists

We know the 2am feeling.

Cancer Clues was built by two people, Mike and Constance, who learned the hard way what families face when cancer arrives: confusion, conflicting advice, miracle sellers — and nobody who simply tells the truth.

Mike

Mike lost his brother to glioblastoma — an aggressive brain cancer that was found late, when little could still be done. Years later he lost his father to prostate cancer that had quietly spread. Twice he watched a family search for straight answers and find noise instead. Cancer Clues is his answer to that silence: check everything, grade it honestly, hide nothing.

Constance

Constance lost her mother to cancer when she was still a child — a loss that tore her family apart and sent her through a childhood in foster care. She knows that when cancer wins, it doesn't only take a life; it can take a family's whole future. She works so that other children keep their parents longer, and other families stay whole.

What we believe

We believe patients deserve the same honest evidence their doctors read, in words anyone can understand. We believe alternative medicine deserves to be taken seriously enough to be checked — and that people deserve the truth about what the checking finds, whichever way it goes. And we believe nobody should face the logistics of cancer — records, opinions, estimates, travel — alone.

That's Cancer Clues: honest answers, free, for everyone — and hands-on help when you need a human.

We are not doctors, and we never pretend to be. Our pages are built from published research and reviewed by medical professionals; our help service organizes access to real clinicians, who make every medical call. Our money comes from the people we serve — never from clinics or drug companies. Read the promises we will never break →
